What you can bring to us:
Support our dealership operations with precision and professionalism. As a Deal Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our transaction processes. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver a seamless client experience, while supporting our internal teams and maintaining compliance with financial procedures.
Main responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Controller, the Deal Administrator will:
- Process new, used & wholesale deals including the review of sales programs within our 3 Ontario dealerships.
- Liaise with manufacturers and sending appropriate documentation
- Review and verify deals for internal, Ministry and OMVIC compliance
- Assess eligibility of deal for sales commissions
- Manage and reconcile accounting schedules
- Ensure the proper treatment of taxes (HST and PST)
- Maintain accurate records of new and used deals in client management system (PBS)
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional individual with a strong foundation in automotive accounting and a collaborative mindset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience posting automotive deals
- Knowledge with an automotive client management system (PBS would be an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of OMVIC compliancy requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional attitude with a proactive and solution-driven approach
