Position Summary
Meadowvale Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor immediate vacancy in our service department. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by phone in a professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and identify vehicle service needs
  • Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with cost estimates
  • Communicate repair progress and review completed work with customers
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain required documentation
  • Promote manufacturer programs and dealership services
  • Follow dealership policies and health & safety standards

 Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Automotive knowledge or service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to work weekends as scheduled
  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence; ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles
  • PBS knowledge is an asset
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts
  • Provide accurate price quotes and availability
  • Process parts orders (in-store, phone, online)
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Receive, check, and shelve incoming shipments
  • Coordinate with service technicians for parts needs
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Maintain organized parts department and records
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up

Qualifications

Detail Technician Required Immediately!

Dixie Toyota is looking for a Detail Technician with Paintless Dent repair experience to help us prepare our new and used vehicles.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum 2 years experience detailing vehicles.

  • A valid Ontario drivers license

  • Willingness to learn and grow.

You will be required to:

  • Wash and degrease vehicles.

  • Remove containment from paint.
