We are looking to add a full time Appointment Coordinator for our Service Business Development Center Team.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer’s inquiries via phone & email
Schedule customers for recommended services & diagnostics
Warranty Administration
Support service cashier
Build customer relations
Perform outbound calls to increase customer retention
Saturday work required
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently & in a team environment
