Salary: $45,000 annually + performance-based bonuses (KPI-driven)
Position Summary
Meadowvale Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor immediate vacancy in our parts department. The Parts Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through parts purchase, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts
- Provide accurate price quotes and availability
- Process parts orders (in-store, phone, online)
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Receive, check, and shelve incoming shipments
- Coordinate with service technicians for parts needs
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Maintain organized parts department and records
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Automotive knowledge or parts experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
- PBS knowledge is an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
